Highly recommended!! When we first contacted Jim at ‘Gold Coast Teardrop Campers’ we had visions of lots of sales talk and phone calls trying to sell us a Caretta. Well, this was not the case. Jim was so helpful, in fact his customer service was and is excellent. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. We had been looking for a long time at camper trailers and camper vans and settled on the ‘Off Road Caretta’. Wonderful!! Off Road ‘glamping’. We had never towed before and wanted a quality product that was light and easy to tow. Ours had lots of extras when we purchased it. At around 650kgs it is a dream to tow. We are old school and love the good old fashioned customer service that you get from Jim and which continues long after the purchase.

These little teardrops are awesome for size & the insulation is awesome for hot days & the snow as manufactured in Turkey, great for quick getaways, day trips, fishing over nighters, fits anywhere and so light to tow

We’ve had our Caretta On-Road since March of 2022 and we love it. So comfy and convenient. Instead of fumbling with a tent, our “set-up” takes hardly more than five minutes. All of our four outings (including a road trip to Longreach via Charleville) have been thoroughly enjoyable. We can’t say enough about just how good it is to tow a Caretta and enjoy the great outdoors.
